<p>PURPOSE: A high heat-resistance cold-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure excellent formability by preventing of yield-point stretching, extend facility's lifespan by form conservation of a product and ensure discoloration resistance at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A high heat-resistance cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent formability, discoloration resistance, and corrosion resistance consists of 0.002~0.005weight% of C, 0.10~0.35weight% of Mn, 0.003~0.020weight% of P, 0.02~0.08weight% of Al, 0.05~0.25weight% of Sn, 0.1~0.4weight% of Cu, 0.002~0.006weight% of N, 0.02~0.06weight% of Nb, 0.003~0.010% of S, Fe and inevitable impurities. The atomic ratio of Nb and C is 0.8~2.0.</p> |
