PURPOSE: A hybrid EMI heater filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a signal of a display device or a peripheral device stably, by preventing moisture on the screen due to temperature difference and preventing harmful electromagnetic interference at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer(12) is formed on one side of a glass substrate(11). The transparent conductive layer is formed for heating. A first bus bar is formed with a conductive material. The first bus bar is connected to the transparent conductive layer. An electromagnetic interference shielding layer(14) is formed on another side of the glass substrate. A second bus bar(15) is connected to the electromagnetic interference shielding layer. An anti-reflection layer(16) is formed on one side of the electromagnetic interference shielding layer. The anti-reflection layer prevents reflection and increases transmission rate of images. |
