PURPOSE: A pipe fixing clamp is provided to prevent damage and noise due to the friction between a pipe and a sleeve by keeping the pipe arranged on the inner center of a penetration sleeve by fastening a support bolt. CONSTITUTION: A pipe fixing clamp comprises a supporting unit(10a), a flange(10b), and a supporting bolt(20). The supporting unit adheres and presses to the pipe erectly installed in a penetration sleeve. The bent flange fixes anchored on a concrete floor of a building to fix the pipe. One or more supporting bolts are formed in one side of the flange. A body portion(20b) of the supporting bolt adheres to the inner wall of the penetration sleeve according to the rotation of a head portion. The body portion eccentrically rotates to press the inner wall of the penetration sleeve.
