PURPOSE: A composition containing Coriolus versicolor fruit body extract for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases and allergic diseases is provided to reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating inflammatory and allergic diseases contains Coriolus versicolor fruit body extract. The composition for inflammatory bowl diseases contains 39% of Coriolus versicolor fruit body extract powder(Coriolus versicolor fruit extract powder 50%, dextrin 50%), 15% of milk thistle powder, Schizandrae Fructus extract powder(Schizandrae Fructus extract 90%, dextrin 10%), yeast extract powder(yeast extract powder 75%, maltodextrin 25%), 6% of taurin, 5% of magnesium oxide, 3% of L-asparagin, 3% of vitamin C(L-ascorbic acid), 1. 5% of Curcuma longa, vitamin E powder(D-L-alpha-tocopherol acetate 50%, dextrin 30%, fish gelatin 20%), 1.5% of L-lysine monohydrochloride, and 0.15% of glycerin fatty acid ester.
