PURPOSE: A flow control valve and combustion equipment having the same are provided to separate and couple a pipeline body and a flow control valve easily by inserting a flow control valve to the outer side of a pipeline body. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve(200) comprises: a motor(210); a height adjustment member(240) varying vertically according to the rotation of the motor; a shaft(250) coupled to the bottom of the height adjustment member; a guide member(230) guiding the vertical movement of the height adjustment member and the shaft and provided with an inlet(254) to let fluids flow in and an opening to discharge the influent fluids; and a valve(260) formed on the bottom of the shaft to move vertically and controlling the open degree of the opening.
