FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treatment of bone cysts. Holes are made in bone in cyst projection. Cannulas are introduced into the holes. Through cannula canal carried out is destruction of cyst lining, soft-tissue and bone cyst septa, zones of enostoses are opened with formation of connection with bone-marrow canal and spongy bone tissue. Device for method realisation includes cannula with external thread on the part introduced into bone and mandrin. Cannula is provided with canal with lateral outlet hole and radial bent, whose angle varies from 30 to 90 to its axis, base in form of tetrahedron with square transverse section and mark in form of semispherical groove and cone-like end, which has marker sharpening. Mandarin is made in form of rod, located within twisted cylindrical spring, which has on one of its ends a cone-like tip, on the other - stopper, cone tip and stopper are rigidly connected with extreme coils of spring and has equal external diametre with it. ^ EFFECT: group of invention makes it possible to fix cannula in a stable way, ensure penetration of cells-bone tissue precursors into cyst cavity. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex, 5 dwg |
