PURPOSE: Method and device for collecting waste heat using vaporization heat are provided to make low temperature of waste heat to have high temperature using minimum energy. CONSTITUTION: A waste water holding pipe(2) is installed in a vacuum heat exchange tank, which holds low temperature of water. Steam from the inner upper end of the vacuum heat exchange tank is supplied to a steam temperature rising unit by a fan. The steam passing through the steam temperature rising unit is supplied to the heat exchange pipe of a heat collecting tank, heat is transferred from the steam and thus the same vacuum pressure decrease occurs in the vacuum heat exchange tank and the heat exchange pipe which is connected to the vacuum heat exchange tank. The vacuum pressure decrease occurs so that the water in a vacuum vaporizing tank(1) does not boil and the steam is condensed under the temperature of the water in a high-temperature water tank. |
