PURPOSE: An internet connection path detour inducing system through a dns pack modulation and method thereof are provided to enable the modulated DNS packet to enter to a private network by modulating the DNS packet form the internet network. CONSTITUTION: A DNS(Domain Name System) packet modulation server(300) check whether an IP address of a inquiry domain name is included in an address list of an IP collision band. The DNS packet modulation server transmits a DNS packet replaced instead of an IP address of a domain name of the quality with an IP address of a connection agent sever(400) to a user terminal.
