PURPOSE: A method for forming a protective film structure is provided to improve the surface energy of an organic protective layer using an ultraviolet ray/ozone-based curing method. CONSTITUTION: An organic electronic element(300) includes a positive electrode substrate(302), a hole implanting layer(304), a hole transporting layer(306), a light emitting layer(308), an electron transporting layer(310), an electron implanting layer(312), a negative electrode(314). The positive electrode substrate is formed based on a glass substrate or a plastic substrate. A protective structure(100) covers the externally exposed part of the organic electrode element.
