PURPOSE: A tire manufacturing method is provided to prevent a crack generation and a defective outward appearance due to lack of rubber by an alignment guide grove in the vulcanization of a finished tire. CONSTITUTION: The tire manufacturing method includes following step. A tread semi-finished product(100) is extruded to form an alignment guide groove(110) to correspond a vertical groove. When the thread semi-finished product, in which the alignment guide groove is formed, is transferred to a molder by using a alignment guide roller, a supply location of the thread semi-finished product is arrayed regularly. The vertical groove is formed in the tread of the finished tire. The alignment guide roller is formed in a transferring conveyor. The thread semi-finished product extruded at the extruder is transferred by the transferring conveyor to the molder, and is attached to a green case, in which a semi-finished cap ply product is rolled. It transfers through the transferring conveyor towards molder and it attaches to on the green case in which the cap ply semi-product is rolled. The green case is vulcanized and manufactured as the finished tire.
