PURPOSE: A dish washer having a function of preheating rinse water is provided to preheat rinse water by use of waste heat of drained water. CONSTITUTION: The dish washer having a function of preheating rinse water includes a washing water tank; a rinse tank; a drained water tub; a heater; a rinse water inlet tube; a cleaning water inlet tube; a rinse water supply tube; cleansing water supply pipe; a rinsing motor; a washing motor; a collect pipe; a cleaning water outflow pipe; and a drained water outflow pipe. The heater heats rinse water in the rinse tank. The rinse water inlet tube passes through the drained water tub and connects the end to the rinse tank. The rinse water supply tube supplies rinse water of the rinse tank with a rinsing nozzle. The cleaning water supply pipe supplies cleaning water of the washing water tank with a washer nozzle. The rinse motor pumps rinse water with the rinsing nozzle(25b). The washing motor pumps cleaning water with the washer nozzle(15b). The collect pipe collects cleaning water performing a washing process and rinse water performing a rinse step to the washing water tank. A water level of the washing water tank reaches at a certain level, the cleaning water outflow pipe drains cleaning water into the drained water tub. A water level of the drained water tub reaches at a certain level, the drained water outflow pipe automatically leaks the drained water to the outside.
