FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing devices intended for separation of liquids or gases, e.g. for air and water cleaning, blood separation in plasmapheresis, etc, with the help of folded membrane elements. Proposed method comprises making folded membrane structure, flow distribution and drain devices, sealing produced structure and potting its faces by sealant. Prior to producing folded structure, membrane as-melted is jointed, by heat, ultrasound or glue, to sidewalls, drain and flow distribution channels. Then, folded structure is produced, top and bottom covers and sidewalls are jointed thereto, and inner space between inlet and outlet branch pipes of top cover is sealed. ^ EFFECT: simplified production, higher quality of separation. ^ 6 dwg |
