PURPOSE: A device for heat-treating a metal surface in a vacuum chamber using a laser is provided to uniformly maintain the heat-treatment quality of multiple metal objects by maintaining cooling speed after heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: A device for heat-treating a metal surface in a vacuum chamber using a laser comprises a vacuum chamber(10), a pressure gauge(20), a jig(30), a laser irradiation head(40), a jig stage(60), and a pyrometer(70). The vacuum chamber forms vacuum using a pump(15). The pressure gauge measures the vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber. A metal object(T) is installed on the jig. The laser irradiation head is installed inside the vacuum chamber and irradiates a laser to the surface of the metal object. The jig stage is installed in the vacuum chamber and moves the jig. The pyrometer measures the temperature of the metal object during heat treatment. |
