METHOD OF FABRICATING COATED PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating coated particles is provided to uniformly coat the surface of particles by maintaining strong and uniform mixing strength for a reaction time, and to ensure narrow size distribution by preventing agglomeration. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating coated particles comprises the steps of: mixing a coating material with liquid; mixing particles to be coated with the resultant; uniformly coating the coating material to the particles to be coated by forming Couette-Taylor flow to the resultant; additionally centrifuging the resultant; drying the resultant, and pulverizing the dried material; and dispersing particles with small size in a dispersive medium.
