<p>PURPOSE: A producing method of functional fermented feed recycling food waste is provided to improve the meat quality of domestic animals, and to increase the growth speed of the domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional fermented feed comprises the following steps: mixing 45~75wt% of food waste, 20~50wt% of moisture controlling agent selected from rice bran, wheat bran, bean-curd dregs, charcoal dust, and sawdust, and 5~20wt% of fermentation microorganisms; fermenting the mixture for 6~10hours to obtain fermentation powder(S10); removing foreign materials from the fermentation powder(S20); mixing the fermentation powder, minerals, amino acid, mulberry leaf extracts, crab shells and other ingredients with the fermentation powder(S30); and drying the mixture for 5~6hours at 35~50deg C, and molding the dried powder into pellets(S40).</p> |
