METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF THERMOELECTRIC PBS NANOSTRUCTURES

摘要

A method for production of thermoelectric PbS nanostructures includes a method of open evaporation in a vacuum, in which the initial material is evaporated from previously synthesized compound PbS at a temperature of evaporation, deposited on a substrate of freshly chips (001) KCl of crystals at a temperature. Evaporator temperature makesof the temperature of substrateand thickness of the obtained nanostructures is (18-22) nm.
