A device for protecting environment against leakage of casing pipes in water column comprises a drum, on a tape which is wound in several layers that is attached by one end to the drum and pressed by rollers, which are located in holders, said rollers are installed around the tape and casing pipe around the circle with possibility of rotation around their axes, not parallel to the axis of casing pipe. The tape is made of flexible material and has at the ends protrusions and depressions. To the other end of the tape a protective cone is connected, which together with the tape covers the casing pipe. The tape width exceeds the perimeter of circle formed by maximum diameter of the casing pipe. |
