An invention relates to the gene, coding phytase of Debaryomyces castellii, hydrolysing phytate on phosphate groups and to the feed additive and feedstuff, containing organism, expressing the mentioned phytase. An invention also relates to the using of organism, expressing phytase in feed additives and feedstuff for animals for improving of digestibility and feed value of the mentioned feedstuff. |
