PURPOSE: A circular rail and an automatic welding machine for the outer surface of a cylinder using the same are provided to efficiently and stably perform a minute welding work regardless of external vibration. CONSTITUTION: A circular rail(450) comprises two guide grooves(453). The guide grooves are formed along the outer circumference of the band surface of the circular rail. The connection parts of the circular rail divided by the guide grooves are connected in a stair structure. One connection part is inclined, and the other connection part is folded to the outside. Through holes are formed on the band surface of the circular rail. Screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the through holes.
