PURPOSE: A bottle cap for unrefined rice wine is provided to install the cap to open or close an inlet of a bottle and to discharge fermentation gas while sealing the opening using a sealing protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap for unrefined rice comprises the following: a cap body(110), including a spiral unit(112) on the inner circumference thereof, formed with a resin material; and a sealing protrusion(120) projected from the inner top portion of the cap body to be closely attached to the upper side of an opening of a bottle, for being elastically transformed by the pressure of fermentation gas generated from unrefined rice wine inside the bottle to obtain a gap for discharging the fermentation gas.
