The device (10) has a movable platform with curved shape and extending between two side ends. A connection device connects the platform to a bridge (12) of a boat. The platform is movable with respect to the bridge by the connection device between an initial position in which the platform is parallel to the bridge of the boat and a compensation position in which the platform is inclined with respect to the bridge of the boat to compensate the heel of the boat. The connection device has a receiving part and an insertion part integrated with the bridge and the platform, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a boat comprising a wheel bar.
