PURPOSE: A calling device by an account loaning and method thereof are provided to perform a call with household terminal of each household by using an interphone terminal which is installed to a public apartment entering door. CONSTITUTION: An interphone terminal(104) stores an assigned IP which it is allocated. According to household terminal(102), an account register release is requested according to a call connection request of the interphone terminal. The household terminal provides a telephone number of an external terminal to the interphone terminal. A proxy server(100) releases a registration of a corresponding account according to the account release request of the household terminal.
