<p>PURPOSE: A roasting brazier using a lump-shape insulating member is provided to reduce time by cooking meat using high-temperature heat emitted from the gap between insulating members by raising the inner temperature of a combustion chamber by insulating the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A roasting brazier using a lump-shape insulating member(13) is composed of a vessel-shape body(10) and a plurality of lump-shape insulating members. The top of the body is opened and the combustion chamber(A) storing fuel is formed in the body. The body comprises air holes(12) communicating with the outside of the combustion chamber. The insulating members are arranged on the combustion chamber of the body. The insulating members are made of a refractory material. The relative density of the insulating member is 0.1~0.5.</p> |
