PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing tomato plant extract for relieving hangover is provided to promote ADH and ALDH activation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for relieving hangober contains 0.001-99.9 weight% of tomato plant extract as an active ingredient. The tomato plant extract is isolated from leaves, stems, roots, or mixture thereof using ethanol, water, or mixture solvent thereof. The pharmaceutical composition is used by oral or parenteral administration and selectively administered in topical lesion. The daily dose of the pharmaceutical composition is 0.001-150mg/kg.
