PURPOSE: A functional natural dyed latex foam is provided to ensure excellent storage property and durability since a functional natural material is not separated from a latex foam even in a long term use. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional natural dyed latex foam comprises the steps of: (S1) finely processing functional natural materials in order to be 1,000~10,000 mesh and mixing the functional natural material powder with water; (S2) mixing the mixed functional natural material with a vulcanizing agent and an accelerator, and then ball mill processing the mixture, and adsorbing the functional natural material to the surface of the vulcanizing agent and the accelerator to perform liquefaction; (S3) injecting the liquefied additives, hardener, oxidizing agent, antiaging agent, and filler in a latex undiluted solution and mixing them; and (S4) foaming and molding the mixture. |
