SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by increasing an area ratio of a unit cell region by burying a sidewall insulation layer in a trench. CONSTITUTION: A unit solar cell region comprised of a unit cell region and a wiring region is arranged on a substrate(100). A bottom electrode(200a) is formed on the unit cell region of the substrate. A bottom connection electrode is connected to one side of the lower electrode on the wiring region as the same layer. A photoelectric device(300a) is formed on the bottom electrode. A top electrode(400a) is formed on the photoelectric device.
