摘要 The present invention relates to a tilting rotor blade system for a vertical wind turbine, comprising: a track housing, which is installed in an independently rotating manner with respect to a vertical axis to freely rotate in the wind's direction and is provided with a revolving track in the horizontal direction; a wing element, which includes a wing stem of a predetermined length, the wing stem being installed in a rotating manner with respect to the vertical axis and extending outside the track housing through the revolving track and a wing plate of a predetermined area, the wing plate being fixed to the rear end side of the wing stem, thereby applying a rotational force to the vertical axis (500) while revolving by wind power; and a wing tilting means, which rotates the wing element in such a manner that if the wing element revolves in the forward direction with respect to the wind direction the surface of the wing plate is at a right angle to the wind direction and if the wing element revolves in the reverse direction the surface of the wing plate is level with the wind direction, whereby only the forward rotational force by wind power is applied to the vertical axis. According to the present invention, the wing element is subjected only to the forward rotational force by wind power, and this consequently minimizes the drag force by the reverse rotation of the wing element and further increases the efficiency of mechanical transformation by wind power.
