摘要 The present invention relates to an oscillator circuit which compensates for external supply voltage, temperature and process, and comprises: an external supply voltage (VDD) and a reference voltage generating unit (310) which generates a temperature-stable reference voltage (Vbp); a temperature compensation unit (330) which receives said reference voltage (Vbp) and generates a first reference voltage (PVREF), a second reference voltage (IVREF) and a third reference voltage (RX_VREF); an internal voltage supply generating unit (320) which receives said first reference voltage (PVREF), and generates an external supply voltage (VDD) and a temperature-stable internal supply voltage (VPPI); a current supply unit (340) which receives said second reference voltage (IVREF) and generates a compensating current (RX_IREF) which compensates for any increases or decreases in temperature; a process compensating unit (350) which compensates the process by adjusting the amount of compensating current (RX_IREF); and an oscillation signal generating unit (360) which generates an oscillation signal. The oscillator circuit which compensates for external supply voltage, temperature and process, according to the present invention, provides the advantages of providing a wide range oscillation signal with a stable and constant frequency which is not dependent on variations in external supply voltage, temperature and process.
