<p>Disclosed is a device for leveling up the welding line of a welded barrel. Two tracks (15) are mounted on both sides of the top surface of a base frame (1) on which a leveling trolley (5) movable horizontally is provided through a scroll wheel (14) mounted at its bottom. A stand frame (2) mounted on one side of the base frame (1) is provided with a horizontal telescopic cylinder (4). The piston rod of the cylinder (4) is connected with the leveling trolley (5). A top beam (3) is mounted on the top of the stand frame (2), and a leveling guideway (6) is provided at the bottom of the top beam (3). A first lifting cylinder (12) and a second lifting cylinder (11) are vertically mounted on the leveling trolley (5). A cylinder seat (10) is mounted on the piston rods of the first lifting cylinder (12) and the second lifting cylinder (11) on which a first leveling roller (8) and a second leveling roller (9) are mounted respectively. When the piston rods of the first lifting cylinder (12) and the second lifting cylinder (11) are stretched out, the first leveling roller (8) and the second leveling roller (9) are pushed and pressed against the leveling guideway (6) respectively. The device for leveling up the welding line of a welded barrel in the present invention has a simple and reasonable structure, which can level up the welding line well.</p> |
