摘要 <p>Provided is an automatic analysis device (1) which uses a micro plate (20) having a plurality of wells (W) for dispensing a test body including blood and a reagent and causing the test body and the reagent to be reacted, to make an analysis of occurrence or nonoccurrence of the reaction in each of the wells (W) by taking images thereof. The automatic analysis device (1) is provided with an analysis unit (33), a storage unit (37), an extraction unit (34), and a judgment process unit (311). The analysis unit (33) uses a plurality of taken images obtained by taking images of the inside of the plurality of wells (W) corresponding to a plurality of test items, respectively, to determine a photometric parameter of each of the images and judge whether measurement results with the use of the taken images show negative or not for each test item, thereby analyzing characteristic information of the test body. The storage unit (37) associates the characteristic information of the test body and the measurement results with each other and stores the associated information and results. The extraction unit (34) extracts the photometric parameters of measurement results which have been judged as negative by the analysis unit. The judgment process unit (311) determines the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the photometric parameters which have been extracted by the extraction unit (34), judges whether the measurement results are effective or not by using the determined difference, and adds the judgment result to the characteristic information of the corresponding test body.</p>
