Disclosed is a method for processing a stream of a digital broadcasting receiver. The method comprises: an arrangement step of arranging at least one of the new mobile data and base data in at least a part of an existing mobile data region and at least a part of a normal data region within a stream including the normal data region and the existing mobile data region; and a MUX step of composing a transmission stream in which at least one of the new mobile data and the base data is arranged. In the arrangement step, a Serially Concatenated Convolutional Code (SCCC) coding process can be performed by combining a block of the data arranged in the existing mobile data region and a block of the new mobile data within the stream. Thereby, the present invention can support various mobile data services.
