Disclosed is a circuit structure (10) which has: a circuit substrate (20) having a conducting path and a through hole (21) connected to the conducting path; a wire arrangement plate (30), which has a wire holding protruding section (32) that holds a wire (W) for forming the predetermined conducting path, and which is disposed to face the circuit board (20); a relay wire (WR) which connects the conducting path of the wire arrangement plate (30) to the conducting path of the circuit board (20) by having one end of the relay wire inserted into the through hole (21) in the circuit board (20); and an aligning section (60), which is provided on the wire arrangement plate (30), and which aligns the leading end of the relay wire (WR).
