An exercise equipment, primarily intended for activation of the muscles of the trunk, abdomen, back, shoulders and arms, being comprised of an elongated back plate (1) with a length such that it extends over a back part of a user and approximately to the center of, or beyond, the outside of the upper arms, and two elastic elements (2, 3) provided with handles (4, 5) connected to the relevant short side of the elongated back plate.
