FREQUENCY RESPONDING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A frequency responding circuit is provided to generate a clock drive signal which is transited after half period of the internal clock signal in comparison with a periodic trigger signal. CONSTITUTION: An input block(100) receives a period signal and a trigger signal. The input block generates an oscillating enable signal. An oscillating block(200) comprises an oscillator The oscillator is composed of a plurality of inverting devices. The oscillating block generates state indication data and an instance vibration signal. A clock drive generation block(300) counts the frequency of the instance vibration signal. The clock drive generation block generates digital periodic data. A control data generation block(400) generates control data which is depend on the state indication data.
