A sea wave energy electric generating apparatus is provided. The electric generating apparatus includes a generator (27), a flywheel (21) and brackets (24). The generator (27) is coaxially connected with a driving wheel meshing with the flywheel (21). At least one rotary shaft (25) is arranged on the brackets (27) and at least one energy absorber is arranged on the rotary shafts (25) to transmit the sea wave energy to the transmission device of the generator (27). The electric generating apparatus has a simple structure, installation convenience and a high power generation capacity.
