摘要 <p>The invention relates to a drive shaft device for a transmission unit. The drive shaft device comprises a shaft unit (12; 112) of a flexible coupling type, an end of which is equipped with a pinion (14) for engagement with a gear wheel; and a sleeve element (16) which co-axially extends over an essential length of the shaft unit (12) and is spaced radially from the shaft unit (12; 112). The pinion (14) of the shaft unit (12; 112) protrudes out of the sleeve element (16), whereas the other end of the shaft unit (12; 112) is fastened to the sleeve element (16) by means of a spline joint connection.</p>
