<p>PURPOSE: A user authentication system by a random keypad and a method thereof are provided to delay password disclosure due to indiscriminate attack of unjust users, by using a partial keypad in user authentication. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication system comprises a keypad output unit(110), a partial keypad output unit(120) and an authentication unit(130). The keypad output unit outputs keypad consisting of a plurality of keys on the screen of a touch type display device. The configuration of the keypad outputted on the screen is same as the configuration of the keypad outputted on the screen of the touch type display device. The partial keypad output unit generates partial keypad. The authentication unit outputs the partial keypad on the screen. The authentication unit outputs a control signal repetitively in correspondence to each touch operation.</p> |
