PURPOSE: A functional starch nano-composite using starch or starch dextrin, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the biological absorption rate of the nano-composite. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional starch nano-composite comprises the following steps: dissolving linear starch or dextrin in a water soluble solvent; mixing the water soluble solvent with hydrophobic functional substances; enzyme processing or acid processing the mixture before washing, and collecting starch composite; and drying the starch composite. The starch is selected from the group consisting of corn starch, high-amylose corn starch, rice starch, high-amylose rice starch, potato starch, sweet potato starch, and other ingredients. |
