HEAT-ELIMINATING FAN WITH FUNCTION OF WATERPROOF AND SALT-FOG PREVENTING

A heat-eliminating fan with function of waterproof and salt-fog preventing comprises a frame (1), a rotor fan blade (2), a circuit board (3) and a stator (4) mounted on the circuit board (3). The rotor fan blade (2) is sleeved on the outer periphery of the stator (4). A magnet ring (5) is provided on the corresponding inner side of the rotor fan blade (2). The magnet ring (5) cooperates with the stator (4) to drive the rotor fan blade (2) to rotate. The circuit board (3), the stator (4) and the rotor fan blade (2) are mounted on the frame (1). An outer housing (6) covers at least a part of the outer periphery which is opposite to the magnet ring (5) of the stator (4). Space is provided between the outer housing (6) and the magnet ring (5). Heat-conducting material (7) is provided on the electronic components mounting side of the circuit board (3). The heat-conducting material (7) clings to the surface of the electronic components on the circuit board (3) to eliminate heat. The outer housing is shaped in advance to avoid needle pores and air bubbles due to injecting rubber. The fan has advantages of good waterproof and salt-fog preventing function, protecting the stator effectively, easy manufacturing, less time for demoulding and firing, high assembling efficiency and low cost.
