<p>Disclosed is a light-emitting display device which has an improved degree of freedom in design by providing a capacitor without having or increasing a region dedicated to the capacitor. Specifically disclosed is a light-emitting display device (10) which comprises: a substrate (210); a driving transistor (103) which comprises a semiconductor layer (220) that is formed above the substrate (210), a gate insulating film (230) that is formed on the semiconductor layer (220), a gate electrode (103g) that is formed on the gate insulating film (230), and a source electrode (103s) and a drain electrode (103d); an interlayer insulating film (240) which is formed on the gate electrode (103g); an organic EL element (104) which emits light by being driven by a driving circuit that is configured using the driving transistor (103); and a capacitor electrode (102b) which is arranged on the interlayer insulating film (240) within the region above the gate electrode (103g). The capacitor electrode (102b) forms a capacitor (102) with the gate electrode (103g).</p> |
