SHUTTLE PLUG CONNECTING STRUCTURE FOR CONVEYER BELT PIVOT LOAD INTERCEPTION

PURPOSE: A shuttle plug joint structure for blocking a pivot rod of a conveyor belt is provided to efficiently finish first and second journal holes with a single shuttle plug. CONSTITUTION: A shuttle plug joint structure for blocking a pivot rod of a conveyor belt comprises a rectangular mounting groove(100) and a slot-type shuttle plug(200). A modular link(10) of a conveyer belt comprises first and second hinge loops having first and second journal holes. The mounting groove is formed on an end of the modular link and connected to the first and second journal holes. The shuttle plug is inserted in the mounting groove to finish the first and second journal holes. The mounting groove has one or more column-shaped fitting projections(110) protruding upward and locking protrusions(112) formed on the exterior of the fitting projections.
