Disclosed is a technology in a tunnel MRI device, which ensures wide examination space without causing an increase in manufacturing cost, or significantly reducing radiation efficiency and the uniformity of the radiation distribution in an imaging area. A half loop group which generates a circularly-polarized wave or elliptically-polarized wave magnetic field as a result of being combined with the magnetic field generated with a loop by the adjacent rungs of partial cylindrical RF coils and rings for connecting the rungs is arranged between each of the rungs of the partial cylindrical RF coils obtained by removing a part of cylindrical RF coils. Furthermore, a high-frequency signal having the same reference frequency, and a desired amplitude ratio and phase difference is supplied to each of the partial cylindrical RF coils or the half loop group.
