The invention relates to a method for encoding a sequence of marked data sets (CT) according to a sequence of input symbols (Id), the sequence of marked data sets including at least one marked data set (C(i)) obtained (110) for each input symbol (Id(i)), each one of the marked data sets (C(i)) obtained including a number p of instances of a marking symbol (M(i)) selected (111) according to said input symbol (Id(i)). The invention further relates to encoding and decoding devices respectively suitable for implementing the encoding and decoding methods of the invention, as well as to corresponding computer program products.
