PURPOSE: A method for fabricating bag fabric is provided to ensure excellent waterproofing property, durability, and softness. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating bag fabric by coating vinyl to fabric comprises: a step of preparing a mixture containing 20-50 weight% of toluene and oily coating agent selected from vinyl chloride-vinyl acetates, polyvinyl chlorides, and polyisopropylenes; a step of knife-coating the mixture in the range of 25-30g per m^2 and in the thickness of 15-20 um; and a step of coating polyurethane coating agent in the range of 20-30g per m^2 and in the thickness of 40-50 um 2-3 times.
