The present invention relates to a device for generating rotational flow, comprising: a shaft formed with a plurality of securing parts spaced at the same angle on the outer circumferential surface; a body mounted on the securing parts of the shaft; and a rotational flow generating part which comprises a curved part formed at an incline so as to have an angle of incline (?) of at least 95° and no more than 175° relative to the body, and which creates a strong rotational flow like a tornado with low pressure at the centre and high pressure at the outside surface by leading, in a rotational fashion, and compressing the air which flows in through the body. |
