MULTISECTION CONCRETE PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR THE ASSEMBLY, TRANSPORTATION AND TRENCHLESS INSTALLATION THEREOF

The invention relates to the field of construction and, more specifically, to multisection concrete products for the construction of pipes, channels, tunnels and sewers. The multisection concrete product comprises tensioned metal cables and at least two hollow sections made of concrete with an internal reinforcement and having longitudinal through channels. The aforesaid sections are connected end-to-end by the aforesaid cables, each of which is situated in the aforesaid longitudinal channels and is anchored on the non-adjacent section ends. A method is proposed for the assembly, transportation and trenchless installation of the aforesaid product. The technical result is a multisection concrete product in which the section ends do not shift lengthwise, along the normal or at an angle to the longitudinal axis, and which does not require a foundation. The product can be installed by jacking, can be transported in its assembled state in a horizontal position with at least one point of support, and is sufficiently robust to be installed directly below a roadbed or railway bed.
