A wire harness equipped with a highly gas-tight sealed part is provided with a process comprising: a coating film formation step in which a liquid composition comprising a photopolymerization initiator, an initiator for thermal radical polymerization, and a polymerizable compound is applied to the exposed bundle part of an electric wire and to a covered bundle part adjoining the exposed bundle part, thereby forming a coating film of the liquid composition; and a curing step in which the coating film formed on the exposed bundle part of a wire bundle and on the covered bundle part adjoining the exposed bundle part is irradiated with light in order that the coating film be photocured and be simultaneously thermally cured by means of the heat of photocuring and the heat generated by light condensation.
