<p>A sealing member is prevented from sticking out from a water draining cutout portion, and a cleaning or the like is unnecessary, which improves the operability. A solar cell module has a solar cell panel and a frame (20) that is provided with a main body portion (21), a fitted portion (22) which is disposed above the main body portion and to which the peripheral portion of the solar cell panel is fitted, and the water draining cutout portion (28) which is formed by cutting out a part of the fitted portion (22) on the side of a surface member to a part lower than the surface member of the solar cell panel. The sealing member (40) is applied to the fitted portion with a gap having a range from more than 10 mm to 30 mm or less from the end portions of the cutout portion (28). After that, the peripheral portion of the solar cell panel is fitted to the fitted portion (22), and the frame is attached to the peripheral portion of the solar cell panel.</p> |
