RULE REASONER, AND DYNAMIC MATERIALIZATION METHOD FOR WILD PATTERN RULES INCLUDING THE SAME

Disclosed are a rule reasoner, and a dynamic materialization method for wild pattern rules including the same. The rule reasoner of the present invention comprises: a Rete network builder for building a Rete network, by referring to an ontology schema according to whether a wild pattern is included in an input reasoning rule; a Rete network implementer for generating a reasoned triple by inputting and implementing an ontology in the built Rete network, and generating a new rule having a dynamically materialized wild pattern; and a Rete network extender for adding the generated new rule to the Rete network and extending the Rete network, wherein unnecessary pattern matching may be removed from the Rete network to improve the performance of rule-based reasoning.
