PURPOSE: An alarm device for a speed bump for the old is provided to simply mount a receiver in a vehicle, thereby notifying a driver of a frontal speed bump. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(31) is mounted in a vehicle and receives a signal. An alarm unit(32) recognizes a speed bump by sound or light. At least one fixing pole(41) is formed in the lower part of the speed bump. A transmitter(4) includes a power source unit and a transmitter(43). At least two transmitters are mounted in the speed bump.
